Nomadic herding:
Nomadic pastoralists live in hospitable arid or cold environment where pasture is spare. They move in search of new pasture for their animals. In arid areas this movement is determine by the seasonal nature of the rainfall. In cold northern latitude the nomadic pastoralists move as pasture becomes covered in snow. Nomads may travels very long distance often across national frontiers in search of pasture. Recently drought and some socio economic factors compel them to give up this way of life and move to small towns in order to survive.
